1084 Powers Street Mobility Suites

8 Suites are specially designed to allow persons with physical challenges to live independently in the community. Suites have wheelchair accessable bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens. Health Care Attendents are available 24 hours per day as needed.

Damage Deposit is one half month's rent.


Rent is 27% of income. This is determined from Line 150 of previous years income tax.
Maximum rent for a single is $510.

If tenants income is such that they are not paying the maximum they are responsible to pay $30 towards Cable (which is already installed), $12 towards Hydro, $10 towards air-conditioning, and $10 towards wear and tear on the carpets.

Parking is $25.00 per month and is over and above the Maximum.

Meal Program is offered but not a requirement. Cost is $150 for one meal a day, $225 for two meals a day and $250 for three meals a day.
