October 12, 2018

Mark this date on your calendar.

It is the date of the Luther Home Second Annual Fall Harvest Bake Sale.  We hope to match the amount of $2000.00 that was raised at last year’s event. Ron Hermann and Kathryn Hnatuk are heading up this project and will make personal visits to all tenants. Help with baking, pricing and selling are very much appreciated. All donations are gladly accepted.

It is also the date for the Official Opening of the Sun Room addition in the Link area. New furniture has been purchased and has been installed in the area. The price was less than the architect's initial design suggestions and was just under $7000.00.Thanks to Kathryn Hnatuk for her efforts in sourcing the new furnishings. It is an area designed for comfort and socialization for all Luther Home Staff, Residents from the Personal Care Home, Tenants from 1084 and 1080 Powers, and will also welcome Adult Day Program Participants.
