Mother’s Day Celebration
Corsages were given out to all the ladies. Refreshments were shortcake topped with whipped cream, ice cream and a choice of strawberries or blueberries. Lynne was dressed as a big Bouquet of flowers with a sign that read “A Mother’s Day Bouquet for YOU!” She then visited every resident and pictures were taken. There was a lot of laughter and smiles. Residents reflected on their own mothers and being mothers. Beautiful memories were shared.
